1. Access to the screenplay, celebrity letters of intent, film reels and the audited financial records.
2. Voting rights on two (02) critical financing gates which enable the successive stage from the filmmaking process and the film business cycle.
3. Net profits in perpetuity from #TheFaustFlick multiple revenue sources as well as all other future film projects.
4. Empower highly talented but industry-excluded screenwriters to submit screenplays for estudios amazonia to review, select, executive-produce and co-produce according to a predefined criteria, including story quality, film budget and their target audience market opportunity, among other elements later to be published.

TFF token holders will receive in perpetuity their respective share of net profits from 90% of #TheFaustFlick multiple revenue sources.
